As a Quality Control MEP, you will represent the owner in ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works delivered by the main contractor meet the highest quality, safety, and operational standards. Persyaratan
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in MEP supervision, QA/QC, or luxury commercial/hospitality projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, technical drawings, installation standards, and testing procedures.
Experience representing owner/developer side is highly preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and contractor management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
Represent the owner in supervising and controlling all MEP works throughout project execution.
Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, project standards, and company quality expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, installation progress, and compliance with approved methods.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams regarding MEP quality issues and corrective actions.
Review MEP shop drawings, material submissions, technical data, and installation methods before execution.
Monitor installation quality of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and other MEP systems.
Identify defects, prepare snagging/punch lists, and ensure rectification works are completed properly and on schedule.
Push and follow up the main contractor to maintain quality standards, resolve technical issues, and meet project deadlines.
Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover processes are completed according to project requirements.
Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and progress updates for management review.
Support project completion and final handover to ensure all systems operate properly and efficiently.
