Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Quality Control Architect is responsible for representing the owner in ensuring all architectural works delivered by the main contractor meet Mirah Developments’ quality standards, approved specifications, and luxury project expectations. This role focuses on monitoring construction quality, supervising architectural finishing, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring all works are completed according to timeline, technical standards, and project requirements for luxury commercial developments.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years experience in architectural supervision, quality control, or luxury commercial/hospitality projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and luxury finishing standards.
Experience working on owner/developer side is highly preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and contractor management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Represent the owner in supervising and controlling architectural quality throughout project execution.
Ensure all architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, material standards, and company quality expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship quality, and finishing details.
Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and sample approvals before installation.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
Monitor installation quality for finishing materials including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, sanitary fixtures, façade elements, and decorative details.
Identify defects, prepare snagging/punch lists, and ensure rectification works are completed properly and on schedule.
Push and follow up the main contractor to maintain project quality standards and meet construction deadlines.
Ensure architectural works are executed according to safety standards and approved construction methods.
Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, progress updates, and issue tracking reports for management review.
Assist in project handover, testing, final inspections, and project completion processes.
Support continuous improvement of site quality control procedures and coordination efficiency.
